The ambience is like none other. With the wide-open spaces, your thoughts are drawn to summers past. All it takes is a table with a beach view, a nice Fume Blanc and a plate of super-fresh seafood. You may choose to dine in air-conditioned elegance if you desire.

One of the Island's hottest nightspots, Bamboo is well known for it's contemporary Japanese cuisine, specialty martini's and great service. This vibrant Japanese restaurant features an outdoor dining area, making it the only sushi restaurant in Grand Cayman with a sea view and an excellent spot to watch the sunset over Seven Mile Beach.
The menu features a wide array of sushi and sashimi as well as a variety of hot dishes and vegetarian options. Inspired by traditional Japanese cuisine and authentic ingredients, Chef Wonhee Park gives the menu a contemporary twist with dishes such as California Zu Maki drizzled with a yoghurt and mango sauce. Grab a seat at the sushi bar and you will be able to watch the chefs at work, slicing fresh sashimi and creating some Bamboo classics.
At the bar there is a fantastic range of martini's to complement the food, from the delicious Lychee Blossom to the more adventurous Wasabi Martini! Also not to be missed is their range of infused Sakes created in-house by the talented bartenders.
Hours: Open Monday - Friday 11:30AM to 12AM, Saturday / Sunday 5:00PM-12AM

Britannia restaurant has a casual and warm welcoming feeling as soon as you step through the door. Dining is available on an open air patio where nothing can distract diners from the beautiful view of the Grand Cayman golf course or the resident iguanas which sunbath along the banks of the pond, or indoors in our bar area or game room.
